Michael Penkethman

Founder

Mike Penkethman has over 20+ years of experience providing business consultation and growth in both the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. He has extensive expertise in creating and delivering dynamic effective communications; trust-centered education; and effective sales training seminars. Mike has been instrumental in personally coaching and mentoring thousands of people and professionals for future success and security.

Mike has personally grown several businesses; one from zero to over two hundred business group clients. His unique, results driven approach and sense of urgency has produced four successful business ventures with one valued in the millions of dollars.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton. He is an honor graduate from the United States Marine Corps Boot Camp, (Paris Island, South Carolina) and has received numerous awards and recognition for sales production in the insurance and financial industries.

Mike is involved in many community and charitable activities such as the Diocese of Trenton, The Madonna House, and the American Cancer Society. Mike is also a board member for the wall soccer club and the non-profit “You Can Not Be Replaced.”

Michael Baron

Mike Baron has over 20 years of corporate success in the digital and medical imaging industries with top companies including Canon, and Ricoh. Mike refined his broad range of business skills through roles in executive management, general management, senior field sales leadership, marketing, training, and complex solution sales. He has extensive experience in building and launching businesses, management teams, sales teams, and new products.

An entrepreneurial background of founding, acquiring, growing, and selling businesses in and related to digital imaging with valuations in the millions of dollars.

Mike spent seven years as a turn around specialist at a Global Fortune 500, and turned around seven sales operations spanning four mergers and acquisitions.

Mike has proven aptitude in strategy development, process optimization, coaching for impact, skills development, effective communication, and inspirational leadership. His deep competence in these areas has produced multiple national award-winning businesses, leadership teams, and numerous individual awards.

Edward Scott Jr.

Edward Scott Jr. holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston and has dedicated his early career to designing environments where high-performance individuals and teams can thrive. He leads a leadership and performance training focused on helping young leaders unlock potential, communicate with precision, and deliver under pressure. His programs are grounded in proven leadership frameworks centered around self- accountability.

A former collegiate and professional athlete, Edward now channels his competitive mindset and strategic vision into the development of others, guiding leaders to operate with purpose, poise, and presence.

As the founder of a venture aimed at transforming how people experience real-time environments, Edward is committed to building platforms that create meaningful, measurable impact at scale.

He is also an AI innovator, having built functional machine learning tools that interpret communication systems, support executive decision-making, and elevate interpersonal effectiveness. His work bridges the gap between human performance and advanced technology, making growth not just possible, but scalable.
